The rate listed is for two adults and up to four children under 18 years of age. Additional adults are $100 per week more.
A $500 holiday surcharge will be added to the rates for: New Years, Christmas, & Easter
A refundable damage deposit of $1000 is required.
11% Florida tax will be added to the base rental rate.
A 25% non-refundable confirmation deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Boat check out with licensed Coast Guard Captain (required by our insurance carrier) is $140, paid directly to the captain. Renter must replace used boat fuel. NOTE: Boat rental is optional from beginning of May to end of October. If the boat is not reserved during these periods, the rental rate will be reduced by $450.
Price includes $75 per week allowance for electricity.
Cleaning fee due upon departure is $125. - Visa and MasterCard are gladly accepted.

- The master bath is separated from the master bedroom by double pocket doors. It has a huge sunken tub that overlooks its own private garden – it’s hard to explain – check out the photos. The door to the garden is a pocket slider that I love to leave open for great airflow in the cooler months. The commode and shower in the master bath are separated from the main bath by a door for privacy. The double vanity provides plenty or room for two to get ready at the same time. There’s even a bench under the vanity if you prefer to sit down while you do your make-up. The walk-in closet is separated from the vanity area by accordion doors. The cabana bath opens onto the pool deck and is in the hall just outside the other two bedrooms, near the kitchen. The shower and commode area in this bathroom open to the outside and is separated from the vanity area by a door. This offers swimmers convenient access to the shower or commode even while another person is getting ready in the vanity area.

- The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a lounge chair with reading lamp, an 8 drawer dresser, and a large, flat screen, high definition, plasma TV. There is a walk-in closet in the attached master bath. Opposite the master bath, double glass doors disappear on a special track when opened onto the pool deck. This gives the room a wide open feel. If so inclined, please feel free to sleep with these doors open – the sounds of the canal are so soothing. Just make sure to take note of when the pool cleaner is scheduled to come to do the by to do the weekly maintenance so that you are not taken by surprise. The day of this important service is noted in our “Guest Reference Book”. Across the living area are two more good-sized bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, dresser, side chair and oversize closet. The other bedroom has two twin beds, children’s books, a dresser and a closet. There is also a toddler bed and pack-n-play (play-pen) available for our guests’.
