Laguna Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1,500-$2,500/week
- $2,500.00 per week (7 days) during PEAK times + cleaning fee + sales tax.
LOWER rates, and monthly rates, are available during NON-PEAK times.
PEAK times are the first week of April, late May, June and July, and early August.
Rates may be higher on holidays or for larger groups of guests or for an addition of a dog.
Cleaning fee: $125.00-$145.00 (depending upon the number of the guests).
Sales Tax: Panama City Beach - 1%, Bay County - 5%, State of Florida - 6.5%
Refundable Damage Deposit: $400.00 (more if a dog is present). - Dates Available: Year Round
