- Master bedroom features a two queen size beds to maximize the number of guests that can sleep comfortably. The Second Bedroom has a bunk bed with three twin size mattresses and a small sofa which seats one or two. The third bedroom is very cute and cozy, it has an extremely plush, double mattress bed. Though we state the home sleeps 8 to 10 comfortably, there is futon in the garage, a large sofa downstairs, and the potential for two persons in each of the twin beds; there could be exceptions for up to 14 guests. An additional folding table and chairs are provided to accommodate larger parties.
