Cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation 80% refund of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel 90 days prior to your Check-in Date or if I am able to rent Casa da Figueira to another guest at regular price.
Price includes daily housekeeping during weekdays. You are always welcome to leave a tip for Amelia, our housekeeper of 15 years. Amelia provides friendly and completely non-intrusive service and keeps Casa da Figueira in spotless condition. She speaks English and can help you with any information you might require. - Dates Available: Casa da Figueira is available for private rental year round. It is the perfect location to spend many weeks during the cold Northern Europe or US/Canada winters.
Casa da Figueira has a Portuguese Alejamento Local license which means it has all the amenities required by Portuguese law and has been recently inspected for safety and security.
We are not making a profit. The rental is intended to cover some of the maintenance to keep this amazing villa and yard in great condition. I hope you'll enjoy Casa da Figueira as much as we do!

- There are 3 seperate bathrooms in Casa da Figueira. Two bathrooms have nice size bathtubs with build-in shower, one bathroom has a stand-alone shower. In addition, the twin bedroom also has a build-in sink. There is also a simple shower on the outside patio to rinse yourself after returning from the beach. An electric hairdryer is provided for the use of our clients. No need to pack one!

- There are three bedrooms in Casa Figueira: The master bedroom has a new king size bed (180cm x 200cm), a large wardrobe and dresser as well as an antique desk. The master bedroom connects into a beautifully renovated private bathroom with a large two-person bathtub and Portuguese sink. A security safe with digital programmable lock is available for your use. The yellow bedroom has three twin-size beds, a large build-in wardrobe and bookcase. It has a new private sink with large mirror. The blue bedroom has beautiful double and twin-size beds and a large build-in wardrobe. A extra baby cot or kid-size folding bed can be provided free of charge. We also provide a high-chair if you need one. Each bedroom has individual heating and air conditioning units, although in the Algarve climate you seldom need to turn these on.
