Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- In-Season ... $1200-$2100/week; December-April
Off-Season .. $ 800-$1200/week; May-November
Add 10% Florida tax; and $20 Condo Registration Fee for parking
Monthly Rate...$6500 January-April
*Although privately owned we use a rental agent in Marco to manage our rentals.
*7 night minimum required by condo association
Saturday to Saturday rentals appreciated. Holiday rates are subject to higher rate
