Our rental prices include all utilities, electricity, heating, hot and cold water, residential taxes, local calls, use of linens and towels and final cleaning. Free broadband access to internet available at the Penthouse Apartment. There are no additional charges.
The rates include:

* 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels per person
* 1 baby cot with mattress and sheet on request free of charges.
* household products such as toilet paper, paper towels, tea towels, washing powder, gel soap... - Parking is available in a nearby car park house at 200 meters further down the apartment and costs 8.70 euro for 24 hours. Free parking is at fifteen minutes walking distance.
If you would like to reserve the penthouse apartment, please send us an email with your postal address. Once we have agreed on the reservation dates, we will send you a complete information packet which explains arrival details, keys, a confirmation of rental amount, deposit instructions, a route map and the booking form.
Sign the booking form and mail it back to us. In order to secure your reservation, we require a deposit of 100 euro. This payment is by preference requested by bank deposit or by Paypal. On receipt of the deposit, then we send you back a confirmation email.
Balance payable in cash on your arrival in Euro, GBP or USD.
We can accept American Express traveler checks or Visa traveler checks in euro without extra charge.
