- The following is a description of the floor plan and bedrooms to help you get a better idea of the home layout. The sq ft is 2000. It will sleep 12-15 adults comfortably. There is a large living room/hearth room with plenty of space to sleep on the floor too. There are 4 bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs. One bedroom upstairs is very large and has one king bed and two large bunk beds (bunks have twin bed below and single bed above) so that room alone can sleep 6-8 adults. The other room upstairs is small and only sleeps 1. So, the upstairs can sleep 6-9 adults, depending on the size of adults. One bedroom downstairs has another bunk bed so it sleeps 2-3 and the last master bedroom has a king so it sleeps 2. In all, the bedrooms will sleep 10-12 adults. The downstairs great room also has a fold out couch and fold out love seat which can sleep 3. In all, the home can sleep 12-15 with bedrooms and pullouts.
