2. Optional pool heat is $20/day. It is recommended for October through March.
3. Cleaning fee of $75 is required for stays less than 7 nights.
4. Booking/Security deposit is $250.
5. Booking deposit is required to secure the booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to stay.
6. We accept Paypal ( Paypal Balance or E-check),bank-to-bank wire transfers and bank check. Personal check may be accepted for domestic guest only.
