Wilmington House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- We require a 50% deposit due upon booking, which is non-refundable.
The 50% balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.
A $500 security deposit is due 7 days before your stay.
A $100 cleaning fee is due 7 days before your arrival as well. Your Security deposit will be returned within two weeks of departure (allows us time to inspect) but every effort will be made to return it sooner. Payments can be made by mailing checks or bank wire. If you prefer paypal. That is also fine, but you need to add the fees.
