Summer: Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend $115/nt for 2 + nights, $140/ nt for 1 night.
Weekly rate $725.
For Summer months here is a 2 night minimum for weekends, and TESC graduation has two night minimum. For Thanksgiving and Christmas there is a two night minimum. For weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas, summer rates apply.
$100 reservation deposit required but is deducted from the rental. $100 damage deposit (refundable); if booking is for an event, the damage deposit is $200 (refundable), and Pet damage deposit (refundable) - see Pet Addendum. Pet fee of $25 per pet per stay (not day, per length of stay) for extra cleaning.
VI,MC,DS, check, echeck, PayPal, cash or money order. - Dates Available: Year Round. Special WA State Legislative session rates, week end before start of session to weekend after end of session.
