4 day minimum stay in July and August
50% deposit is due at time of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival - Long Term Rates are available for the period Sept 15 to June 15 at $850 per month plus $500 security deposit. A one month stay costs $1,000 plus $300 security deposit. The condo is not available at long term rates during the period June 16 to September 14 as premium short term rates apply during this period.
Owner pays all utilities, WiFi, local phone and cable.
For long term stays we require a signed lease agreement, security deposit & references. Checks are the preferred method of payment for long term stays. Please call owner (Linda) with any questions. 650-851-1010.
