- 14% tax + $175 service fee not included in above prices
- $500 refundable security deposit also required. RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE at any time prior to booking and deposit received. Stays of 5-6 nights during REGULAR season will receive a $175 discount. Discount of a free night or 10% (depending on season) is already calculated in the prices above for weekly stays.
