Glenwood Springs House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Standard Rate $300 per night for 6 guests, 3 night minimum
Holiday Rate $350 per night for 6 guests;
$50 per night each addtnl person;
Holiday Dates: 05/25-29/2012, 6/29/2012-07/05/2012, 08/31/2012-09/04/2012, 11/21-26/2012, 12/15/2012-01/06/2013.
A deposit of 50% of the total monies due plus a security deposit of $500 is required at the time of booking by check or money order. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If booked within 30 days of arrival, the total is due, in full, at the time of booking.
Security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of checkout pending inspection of the property and contents.
