Four Corners Villa Summary

Our spacious 4 Bedrooms 3 full Baths Home with a pool and spa was constructed in Sept. 2003, it is laid out perfectly to accommodate one large family or two medium families. Our home is located in the Four Corners community in Davenport, Florida less then 8 mins from the Disney World exit off of I-4 and is complete with a fully-equipped kitchen, ample dining and living space with Wireless internet, Free Phone*,cable TV/DVD player in the family room & MBR. Our kitchen is equipped with pots/pans, mixing bowls, plates/cups/glasses/utensils, coffee maker, blender, mixer, dishwasher, stove top/oven, microwave oven, and more. Our dining areas include seating for 6 in the dining room, 4 in the kitchen, 2 at the bar height kitchen counter, & 4 outside under the covered lanai. The screened-in pool is 14x28 and ranges in depths of 3'-5'. The spa is the perfect place for adults to relax while the children play in the pool (pool/spa heating optional).

Our home is located off of I-4 just 3 miles north of exit 55. As the map on our personal website shows, our home is only minutes from Disney World theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet-n-Wild, Busch Gardens and all the central Florida attractions. 50 minutes to the east is Cape Canaveral as well as Daytona Beach and 60 minutes to the west is Tampa. Our home is within minutes of many golf courses including Champion's Gate, Highlands Reserve Golf, Walt Disney World Golf, Mariott Orlando world Golf Club and Orange Lake Country Club. Don't forget baseball spring training for all those baseball fans. The training complexes of the Braves, Indians, Tigers and Astros are within twenty minutes or less. Other activities in the area include fishing, boating, swimming and sight seeing.
