- Rates include all amenities. There is a $15/person/night fee for more than 2 people. There is a $50/pet fee, and pets must be pre-approved in writing. A fully refundable reservation deposit is required at the time of reservation, which turns into a damage deposit upon arrival. It is refundable if the reservation is cancelled 30 or more days before scheduled arrival, or once you come, shortly after your scheduled departure, provided the place is left in good shape. The deposit rate is $400 for stays of less than 2 weeks, $1000 for stays of between 2 and 4 weeks, and $2600 for stays of 4 or more weeks. Please inquire about rates for special events and weddings, for which the property will be available beginning Spring 2013.
