Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- PRICES SHOWN ARE FOR 1 PERSON and included all public taxes and additional fees such as electricity, water supply, high speed internet access, hundred of TV channels access, private parking spot in a secured building basement, supply of bed linens and towels. RATE INCREASES BY AN ADDITIONAL PERSON (25€/PERSON).
Booking is secured by a down-payment (usually 30% of the total rental price payable by wire transfer or paypal) and by a rental contract form completed.
The remaining balance is payable by cash or paypal on the day of arrival. Any wire transfer for the remaining balance has to be made at least 2 weeks before the arrival day. Bank fees are at the charge of the tenant.
The deposit is 500€ to provide on the arrival day and reimbursed on the day of departure after checking out and inventory.
Arrival starts at the soonest 4pm on the first day, and departure at the latest 11am on the last day. - In high season (June 1st to September 30th) minimum stay is one week (7 nights). Arrivals begin at 4pm on Saturdays, and departures are at the latest 11am the following Saturday.
Furthermore, in high season booking can not exceed 3 weeks. - We accept nights, week-end and monthly bookings in low and mid season (from October 1st to May 31st) depending availability.
* For nights, arrivals begin at 4pm (5pm sundays) and departures are at 11am the latest.
* Arrivals on week-ends begin at 4pm on Fridays and departures on Sundays are flexible: they can be at 3pm the soonest or at 7pm the latest.
* For the long-term bookings (at least one month), a discount rental rate may be applied with a deposit increased to 1 000€.
Any rental rate may be communicated immediately upon request. - Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent

- The main bedroom was completely renovated last month with a touch of elegance and modernity. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed and a dressing. Mattress are high quality and in BULTEX great comfort and firm, treated by Proneem, hypoallergenic assets, non-irritating, anti-mite, antibacterial. Duvet, pillows, and blanket are also provided. The bedroom combines space and comfort, conviviality and privacy, and allow glowing streams of light to make your stay the most satisfying. In the living room, the very spacious and comfortable sofa bed can be opened easily with one hand and no difficulty every evening. The bed linen will be provided, and you even do not need to make your bed as we will prepare the bed linen for you! All you will have to do is open and close your sofabed in one hand! Sleeping in the living room can be also enjoyable as you will also benefit from the flat screen to watch a movie before going to bed!
