Playa Grande House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Our Short Term Rental Agreement must be signed and returned, and a 50 percent non-refundable deposit must be wiretransferred to the owners to secure a reservation. The balance plus a damage deposit of $200 must be wiretransferred to the owners at least 30 days before the first day of rental. We will also accept payments by certified checks sent by registered mail in lieu of wiretransfers.
