For larger parties, the adjacent third master suite is available for two persons for an additional $400/wk. Please ask about discounts for stays of two or four weeks or long term rentals. There is a $400/wk. refundable damage deposit required with final rental payment. Note: The rental rates are for accommodations at Sunnyside Beach Villa only. The hot tub, bicycles, ocean kayaks, and other extra equipment, if any, are offered free of charge for the use of guests at their own risk. Note: An energy surcharge is applicable on this rental for any electricity bills in excess of $100/wk, so please use electricity wisely. Cleaning fee $100 per stay. PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNER FOR AVAILABILITY.
