No Smoking Inside the Home... $200 fee for any evidence inside the house.
$100 refundable Damage Deposit.
$30 Cleaning Fee.
50% of the total will hold your reservation, refundable up to 14 days prior to check-in. Total must be received 7 days prior to check-in.

- Both bedrooms have closets and ceiling fans and windows on 2 sides. Bedroom 2 has a window seat. Room for two in the unheated storage room below house and lots of room for sleeping bags on the decks outside in the summer. We put new carpet in the bedrooms November 2012.
