Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- $200/night for 2-4 persons ... $225 for 5-6 persons ... $250 for 7-8 persons;
2 nights minimum for all reservations; discounts on reservations of 4 nights plus.
4-6 nights:2-4 persons $190/night ... 5-6 persons: $215/night ... 7-8: $240/night.
Weekly rate:2-4 persons:$1250 ... 5-6 persons: $1425 ... 7-8 persons:$1600.
A refundable cash security/damage deposit of $250 is required at time of booking.
A $100 deposit is required to hold a reservation.
There is a $60 cleaning fee and a 12%city tax. Fees may be paid through PayPal. - Dates Available: Year Round.
