- Advance payment of one half rent will hold a reservation. The balance must be received by owner at least thirty days before the reservation begins. For cancellations made sixty days before the first day of the reservation, all amounts paid will be refunded less a $50 fee. For cancellations later than thirty days before the reservation, refunds of advance rent payments will be made only if someone else rents the time that you had reserved. Your $200 deposit will be refunded to you within 30 days of your departure if you have not damaged the property.
- Rent entire house which includes downstairs studio for an extra $200 a week. $300 peak (Sleeps 8 for entire house) $100 cleaning fee
***We are not smokers nor do we allow smoking in our home! So far as Pets are concerned; Dogs under 25 pounds are welcome at the desecration of the owner (with a paid pet fee) no Cats Please. This rental cottage is for family groups only. No teen or college groups; chaperoned or not, are permitted. No Parties, i.e. for Graduations or Weddings, etc. are permitted. Any questions?
