Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Pool Heat is available for an additional $30.00 per night.
Pool Heat is recommended from Mid-September through April.
A cleaning charge of $120.00 is required on all stays less than seven (7) nights.
All rates and fees do not include state and local tax of 13%.
A 20% non-refundable deposit and completed booking form is required to secure your reservation.
Final balance is due seven (7) weeks prior to arrival.
