Port Charlotte House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

12% County and State rental tax applies to above rates
$500 Security/Key Deposit. Pet deposit cleaning, if applicable, $75
Cleaning Fee after each rental, $100. Please leave cash in an envelope on the sink, next to the refrigerator.
Use of energy charge for operation of the A/C system, and heating the pool and the spa has been reduced from $13 per day, to $8 per day, provided that the pool & spa thermostat is not constantly set at a constant 95 degrees for 24 hour periods.
