Solvang House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $575-800 up to 8 people $50 each additional person (including children)
- $575/night to $800/night.. $3800 - $4800/week up to 8 people. $50 per person above 8 people
Two-night minimum. On Holiday weekends or big event weekends, three-night minimum.
$200 non-refundable cleaning fee.
HEATING POOL $50 PER DAY
A typical two-night stay breaks down as: Lease Amount $1,200,
Cleaning Fee $200 (non-refundable) and $500 Damage Deposit returned within 10 days
Assuming No Damage Total. (We were instructed to do this deposit by other VRBO owners - they have not had to charge due to good quality tenants.
