50% of the fee required hold the rental time. All but $200 'holding fee' refundable prior to 30 days from the rental date.
The remaining 50% and the security deposit must be received 30days from the planned date of arrival. - Rates do not include IVA
There is a minimum of 5 days rental or additional cleaning charge of $75 for stays less than 5 days.
Casa Blanca Caribe requires a $200 security deposit . The security deposit will be mailed to you within 15 days
of your departure.
Additional persons over 4 -- $10 charge per person per day .
Pet Policy: Pets require a $100 refundable
