- We know that you have many choices for your accommodations and we are committed to making your rental experience affordable and 'hassle free'. In comparing our vacation property to others in the area, we encourage you to consider:

- You have FREE use of our boat dock
- Option to pay for cleaning or do it yourself
- Option to leave a refundable security deposit or pay a small, non-refundable fee for damage insurance
- Up to five guests allowed for the same rental fee ($50 charge for six guests on approval only)

- Complimentary early check-in and/or late check out when available! - Cleaning deposit: YOU choose!
A $50 refundable cleaning deposit is required. We always do the 'heavy lifting' (tubs, sinks, floors, laundry, vacuuming, and beds). If you prefer to return our home to its original condition by removing trash and everything else you brought in, putting things back where they go, washing your dishes, and cleaning up any mess you made, your deposit will be gladly refunded. If you don't have time or don't want to be bothered, the amount of your deposit will be accepted for us to take care of those things for you.
Security Deposit: YOU choose!
We understand accidents happen and don't want your vacation spoiled by an unfortunate mishap. We offer an affordable accidental damage policy for $49 (your rental fee was reduced to pay for half of this policy). If, however, you do not wish to purchase damage insurance, a refundable deposit of $250 can be made on arrival and returned to you within 7 days of departure.

- Our two twin beds can be converted on request to a king bed with memory foam mattress topper. The unique sectional in living area converts to a comfortable queen sleeper. Unlike traditional spring sofa-beds, a wooden platform pulls out to meet the rest of the sofa, providing a solid surface to support the mattress. A queen memory foam topper is available for additional softness if desired. A very comfortable full size roll-away bed is also available.
