11% sales tax will be applied to all rentals
Checks and money orders accepted and preferred
3% fee to charge by credit card at this time, and an extra 1.5% fee for international credit cards.

- The Condo sleeps 6 comfortably but can accommodate up to 9 (has 1 queen, 1 double, and one pull out queen sized sleeper sofa). Plenty of room for an additional queen and twin air mattress (both air mattresses NOT provided). So, technically could sleep 9 people, just please remember not to try to all shower at once. You will run out of hot water!! Please note that all bedrooms and showers are upstairs in this unit. Each bedrooms has its own personal bath. Sleeper sofa and the half bath are downstairs. New --January 2012---sleeper sofa has a 3 inch mattress topper pad, so it makes it super comfortable!!
