Maho Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• $900.00-$1,100.00/wk US Dollars
• Low season: April 15th - Dec 14th $900.00/week;
  High season: Dec 15th - April 14th $1100.00/week;
  Christmas/New year (7 night minimum)$ 2,500.00/week;
  Rates are based on double occupancy and includes one cleaning.
  
  Payments can be made by money order or wire transfer.
  Instructions will be given for bank transaction once confirmed.
• The rental fee includes all taxes and cleaning fee. Beach towels can be piked up or exchanged every day at the reception desk.
  Additional maid service is available at a charge of $40.00 per day and should be requested at the front desk.
  Parking card can also be piked up at the front desk at a cost of $5.00 per day or $30.00 per week.
  A down payment of 50 % of the rental fee is required for booking confirmation. The remaining balance would be due 30 days before check-in.
  We would appreciate any cancellation notices 30 days in advance.
