Maid service is supplied prior to your arrival (vacuuming, dusting, kitchen clean-up, washing sheets, re-making beds, cleaning bathrooms). There is a cleaning fee of $300. Maid service fees are payable directly to the maid.
Insurance Charge
A refundable deposit of $1,000 is payable upon booking. In addition, a non-refundable $89 insurance charge (for any length of stay can be submitted to cover possible damage)
