- •$300 USD non-refundable per week deposit along with your completed booking form is due to secure your dates. When we receive your deposit we will bank your cheque and wait for clearance. We will then send a receipt and confirmation of booking. Payment of the balance is due in full 4 weeks prior to your arrival date unless the booking is less than 4 weeks away.
$300 fully refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival. Your refundable deposit will be released after receiving confirmation from our management company that our villa has been left in the same condition that you found it upon your arrival, usually within 24-48 hours of inspection.
• There is a $95 short stay cleaning fee for stays less than 7 nights.
$20 per night for optional pool heat (Recommended from Nov - Apr)
Cancellation 4 to 8 weeks prior to arrival date will cost $300 Deposit
•Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date will cost 100% of the total charge
