Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

The deposit is $300. This is retained and acts as your security bond. Following confirmation the house has been left clean and undamaged, the $300 is refunded to you.
It is necessary to complete and sign our booking form which contains our terms and conditions for rental.
Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival require full payment and the $300 security bond.
Payment can be made by check (no fees) or by Credit/Debit Card using Paypal. Paypal charge 2.9% for US transactions and 3.9% for cross currency transactions.
Rates are reviewed and are changed periodically. Rates agreed at the time of booking are guaranteed.

Pack 'n' play cot $3/nt
Stroller $2/nt
Piano $10/nt (additional security deposit of $300 required). - Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and is subject to the following charges:
More than 8 weeks from departure - 50% of Deposit/Security Bond
Between 8 and 4 weeks from departure date - 50% of Rental Costs
Less than 4 weeks from departure date - 100% of Rental Costs
If the property is re-let after cancellation of your booking, money may be refunded. This will be subject to administration costs and/or discounts given to obtain the booking.
