Thanksgiving week 2012 $1,250 ($179 night) plus taxes and fees
Christmas and New Years 2012/13 $1,350 week ($193 night) plus taxes and fees
WINTER: Jan. 2, 2013 - April 1, 2013
5 night rate: $149 per night plus taxes and fees
6-9 night stay: $129 per night plus taxes and fees
10-14 night stay: $109 per night plus taxes and fees
15-20 night stay: $89 per night plus taxes and fees
21+ night stay: $75 per night plus taxes and fees. - Taxes: 14.85%
Departure cleaning fee: $150
Fully refundable security deposit: $500
We collect a 40% holding deposit (of rent only) to block dates off the calendar.
Final payment (other 60% of rent, taxes, refundable security deposit and cleaning fee) is due 60 days prior to rental.
Refundable security deposit is returned in full if rental is left in good condition upon departure.
No pets please.
