- We rent by the room, the entire 4-bedroom main villa or the separate 2-bedroom top floor Family Suite for a weekend up to a 6-month lease. Most important is that we have good guests who'll appreciate being in our very special place and take care of it, recommend it to others, and come back often. To that end, we're open to various creative payment plans, eg. bartering (paint a room, fix a leak, get that garden replanted, teach a yoga or cooking class) in exchange for rent and with 6 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom and locking door, times are you can find an interesting mix of people here at Doctors Villa, ensuring a different kind of vacation experience.
- Tips for Paulette and John are not included in the rental fee but are expected at a fair rate if they provide good service. They both work very hard to get things ready for our guests, be available to help as needed, keep the yard and beach clear and clean, and help make your stay more relaxing and comfortable. Let them know if they succeed!
