Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The booking calendar is current and updated daily. Reservations are confirmed only upon the receipt of your deposit (and are refundable* but separate from the rental price). Deposits may vary by number of people and length of stay. Cleaning fees are mandatory and deducted from your deposit. All linens are professionally laundered, which is expensive here and part of the cleaning fee. *Deposits are refunded after your departure and upon satisfactory preview of the condo. Refunds for cancellations is at the owners discretion. Please be considerate. When you block out the calendar, you deny booking opportunities to others and the owners.
- Credit cards are accepted through Paypal only. If you do not have, or want a PayPal account, please inquire as to other payment options. Credit cards are only accepted by using PayPal, and like any charge payment, there is a transaction fee charged by PayPal.
