Yes, we charge sales and occupancy taxes, it's only fair and it's the law--owners who don't are doing a great disservice to our New York neighbors and our great city by not charging and not paying the taxes. Prices quoted include all sales and occupancy taxes of 14.75%, city hotel room occupancy tax of $2.00 per night and state convention center hotel fee of $1.50 per night. A single $95 cleaning charge (taxes included) is added to all stays.
On occasion we are able to accommodate requests for stays shorter than our minimum. If you see a space in our calendar, do put in a request and we'll see if we can put it together for you. In case your dates are not available, we have other apartments in the same building: #333327 and #354370.
