- Please be advised our calendar and rates are always up to date, so if it is blocked out is is not available. We do require a reservation deposit of $200 to hold your reservation and you will have one week from the date of booking to get the deposit to us. This deposit is applied to the rent. If for any reason the deposit is not received within the week after booking the dates will be opened back up for others. We also require a $200 security deposit to cover any possible damages, and if after our inspection no damage or missing items is noted, the deposit will be returned. There is a minimum age of 25 to rent and no more than 2 Adults and 2 Children maximum at any time.
