Girdwood House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $350 for up to 6 people (3 king beds, 1 sing bed)
$25 for each add person;
plus 12% room tax;
$200 security deposit required, will return after check out with no damage;
one day free when staying a week.
2 nights minimum.
Discount for Oct 1st - Nov 15th, please contact owner directly.
Chirstmas and New Year week: price 10% up and 3 nights minimum applies. - No smoking, no pets, no shoes allowed inside the house. We regret that our house is not wheelchair accessible.
Refunds will be handled as follows: More than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, one night stay plus tax will be charged. If 14 days notice is not given, 50% of the full amount will be charged.
