- What are your minimum rental requirements?:
Our standard rental period is four nights, however if you are interested in a shorter period contact us directly as we often make exceptions depending on the season and availability. In general we will not accept any rental bookings shorter than four nights prior to 30 days before your requested rental dates. June 23 - August 17 requires Saturday to Saturday (7 night min-stay) bookings.
Costs: Rental fee, cleaning $75 (+$25 in Summer), 10.5% City Tax & $39 Damage Insurance (in-lue of hefty security deposit)
