WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM RENTAL REQUIREMENTS?
Our standard rental period is four nights, however if you are interested in a shorter period contact us directly as we often make exceptions depending on the season and availability. In general we will not accept any rental bookings shorter than four nights prior to 30 days before your requested rental dates. June 1 - August 31 requires weekend to weekend (7 night min-stay) bookings. - Costs: Rental fee, cleaning $125 (+$25 summer season due to extra work i.e. Sand, beach towels, etc.), 11.5% City Tax & $39 Damage Insurance (In-lue of hefty deposit) & optional add-ons. No tax on 30+ nights. 1/3 of total to reserve; balance due 30 days before arrival.
