The Studio is located across the ravine from Rocky Overlook. Privacy is afforded by tall shrubs and trees. Renting the two together would accommodate a larger group.

- Bathroom 1 is large and can be accessed through a connecting door to the Country Cottage bedroom or through a door into the hallway. It has a white square tub and a beautiful oil mural of a Texas landscape with a river running through it with limestone bluff and rocks, spreading live oaks and yellow wildflowers - very similar to the San Gabriel River that borders the farm. Two separate sinks and mirrored areas. Bathroom 2 is in the Royal Suite and has a very large walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have large spa quality towels and walk-in closets.

- New high quality, king beds and new queen sleeper sofa. Quality linens provided - at least 2 sets of sheets, 4 pillows, and 2 blankets for each bed. Both have beautiful comforters. The queen sleeper sofa is located in a side living area, and a screen is provided and can be used for privacy. An inflatable queen mattress is provided and there is plenty of room in either of the master suites for it.
