Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $110/wknd - $350/wk US Dollars
- $110/weekend(Fri-Sat 2 nights)..$100/weekday(Sun-Thu 2 nigths)..$350(Sun-Sun 7 nights);
Over 4 people, add $10.00 per person per night
two (2) night minimum;
A refundable $100 Security Deposit is required;
All rates subject to 9.25% TN sales tax;
A $75.00 cleaning fee may be added for over 4 people
We except Vias, Master Card and Discover credit cards.
Pets 35 pounds and under allowed for an addtional $10.00 per night.
