Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- May-Aug.. $1300/week Sep-Dec. $1200/week;
Jan-Apr.. $1600/week 10% DISCOUNT FOR RENTALS OF 1 MONTH OR MORE;
20% INCREASE HOLIDAY WEEKS (4TH OF JULY,EASTER,THANKSGIVING AND X-MAS);
$250 refundable deposit to hold reservation. $75 Cleaning Fee.;
TERMS: 25% due 60 days in advance. Balance due at check in.;
Payment accepted: cash, cashiers check, money order or PayPal;
Rentals less than 6 months are subject to 6.5% FL Sales Tax and 5% Resort Tax.;
Saturday to Saturday (preferred) check in 3 pm / check out 10:30 am - Dates Available: Year Round
