50 % deposit required on reservation and 50% thirty days before your arrival along with a $300 security deposit
All rates shown are in U.S. Dollars (US $) and include taxes, linens and towels along with a final cleaning. Phone usage includes free international(up to five hours per day to most countries including US, Canada, Australia and EU countries) and local calls. When comparing to other apartment rentals, check for supplementary charges for taxes, cleaning, towels and linens. For US resident, keys sent to you by UPS so no need to meet our property manager.
For extended stays of longer than 10 days, there is an apartment cleaning and linen change every 7 days included in the price. Additional cleaning can be arranged at the renter's cost.
