- 3 night minimum stay. Check in time: 4 pm. Check out time: 11 am. A $100 end of stay cleaning fee and $300 security/damage deposit are required. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Remaining balance due 30 days before rental date begins. Accepted forms of payment: Credit Card payment via HomeAway Payment Service or PayPal. Payments also accepted with Cashiers Check.
