* or 7th night is free (excl. Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year's);
15/night surcharge for Thanksgiving (11/25-30) and Winter Holidays (12/19-1/5);
70 admin/basic cleaning fee; or $130 cleaning fee for hotel-type departure
