Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

High Season $750 November thru May
Holiday Season $1250 Christmas New years weeks - All week long stays will receive the special of one night free
Monthly rates are negotiable and can come with or without a Chef.
Full time Maid and Security and Driver is optional.
We have had 3 month long stays and the guests decide what services they need day to day, all possibilities are easily accommodated.
