For the weekly rentals, arrivals are on Saturd - Process of formalization of the agreement and the payment of the deposits :
1) You give your agreement in principle by e-mail onto the conditions of rent
2) I send you a request of payment / invoice via the PayPal platform
3) You pay the request of 25 % deposit (the advance / 'arrhes' in french) by Credit Card to the secured platform PayPal (no refund)
4) You send back the signed contract (adapted from the standard model proposed by the website) by email (.pdf) or post
5) You pay an advance of 45 % at least 21 days before the date of your arrival (an invoice PayPal will be beforehand sent to you)
6) Upon your arrival:
a) you pay the balance of your price of rent
b) Damage deposit of €500 (five hundred Euros) in cash or through PayPal (+3% PayPal fees) in exchange for a receip mentioned in the inventory of fixtures ;
c) we proceed with you to the current inventory of the flat... and enjoy !
7) The deposit of 500€ (five hundred Euros) will be refunded - Non-contractual booking deposit: 35% rent
