Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Deposit: 2 nights rental rate with booking. Balance due 60 days prior to check-in. For reservations within 60 days, total cost due with booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit a $150 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 60-45 days prior to arrival forfeit the rental deposit.
• Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival the full payment is forfeited.
• There will be no refund for late arrivals or early departures.
• Sorry - partial or pro-rated refunds are not available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues or transportation delays.
• “Travel Insurance” is highly recommended and available through our property manager at time of reservation.
Security Deposit: A credit card and photo ID will be taken at check-in.
