Key Largo Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $800 /wk - $2150/mos
- $2150 per month or $800 per week, for 1 week minimum, from September
15th to December 1st. Our rental period is ONLY from Sept. 15th to
November 30th every year or April 1 to mid May every year.
This is also our Vacation Home and we use it from Dec. 1 to
September 15th every year. Please call for special arrangements or
needs.
Multiple weeks or months adjustments possible.
$250 deposit required with a 90 day cancellation notice.
All rates include utilities, state sales/county tourist taxes and
preparation fees.Check in at 2:00 pm and check out by 10:00 am.
4 seat EZGO Golf car included.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING.
