IF YOU ARE ONLY RENTING THE 2-BEDROOM PENTHOUSE (SUITE A), RENTAL FEES ARE ONE-HALF OF THE RATES SHOWN IN THE TABLE ABOVE.
* Holidays/Special Events: Martin Luther King, AT&T Golf, President's Day, Sea Otter Classic, Easter, Big Sur Marathon, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Concours d'Elegance, Labor Day, Monterey Jazz Festival, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.
* Holiday Rates: $700-$750/nt. $4000-$5000/wk. (3-5 night minimums)
* 10% City transient occupancy tax applicable to all fees (including cleaning and any optional amenity fees).
* Non-refundable cleaning fee quoted separately from rent for up to 10 guests is $350 ($175 FOR THE 2BR SUITE A ONLY)
*$59 mandatory damage insurance instead of security deposit.
* Sorry, this is a no pets property.
